A word from Tracy: "I am the founder of this website and an educator and coach for healing after a narcissistic relationship. I started coaching victims that are going through a divorce with a narcissist, co-parenting, in a relationship, adult children of narcissists, co-workers, siblings, in-laws, friends, and people who have a narcissistic child (young or old), and many other types of abuse. Each person comes to me in a different stage, some need education, some need an ear to finally hear them. Others I hold their hand through the divorce process to help them keep their sanity. I validate people’s fears and teach them to find hope again and I teach them strategies for what to do next.

I have been blessed to go to court with my clients, and read their documentation for custody cases and I offered them valuable support and direction.
As you can see from this website I love sharing information, in fact, this is why I created it. After reading or listening to close to 250 books it gives me joy to direct my clients to the resources they need to move forward. I believe the key to healing is doing the work, and that includes reading books that target your wounds.
I help people divorce their spouses, or understand what is happening. Giving them direction to help them understand or what to expect next or why did their soon to be ex is doing that, or they just ask me ‘what does this mean?’. I give them guidance on dealing with their lawyers that saves them money. And we work on how to heal and trust again.

With adult children, I help them make decisions like to cut off their family and go no contact or learning skills to coexist. We usually deal with the guilt of walking away.

I help parents that must communicate with their narcissistic ex, learn how to communicate, and how to manage the triggers.

The coolest part of doing this work is the people I work with are the most wonderful kind people. When I picked up my camera to make my first video I said ‘If I help just one person with my crazy ass stories then this will all be worth it.’ Waking up in the morning and seeing an order from China, South Korea, Germany, New Zealand or France is very cool. Pretty soon I am going to need to get one of those big maps of the world and put pins in it for where I have coached people. I am humbled and honored to help people heal."
