Her work centers on partnering with people as they try to make sense of their lives and inviting them to take on a posture of curiosity about themselves and others. She teaches virtual workshops, coaches individuals, and facilitates custom workshops for organizations. She is a certified Narrative Enneagram Practitioner and she also holds a Masters in Student Development Theory that supports her work. In this episode, Abbi talks about teaching the Enneagram in a corporate setting and why it’s important for them to know and understand it. She also talks about her semantic work and how it helps with stress.
