Balancing physical, mental, and spiritual health became my ultimate goal, inspired by a 12-month commitment to studying Shaolin philosophy under Master Shahang Yi from the Shaolin Temple in Europe. This chapter of my journey taught me the significance of physical exercises like Kung Fu and Tai Chi, mental self-reflection, and emotional regulation in achieving harmony. Emphasizing structure and self-acceptance, we discuss practical habits like setting aside quiet time for reflection and understanding life's dualities.
