This week we are completing our look at sex discrimination at work, by looking at some of the more shocking cases that have come through a UK employment tribunal. The aim of this week’s podcast episode is to support an understanding that sex discrimination at work is wrong and that there are steps you can take to try to end the discrimination you are facing.
It's our view, that the more you are able to acquaint yourself with your employment rights in this area, the more your rights will act as an early warning system, which you can use to spot bad treatment or illegal treatment that you may be suffering at work.
