The employment tribunal … which in government circles is called His Majesty’s Courts and Tribunal Service … introduced two new or rather… updated claim forms to replace the old ET1 and ET3, and we take you through them and provide links to the two new forms, so you can download them for your records. You will find the links to forms, below.
