A Glen Burnie man pleaded guilty to federal dog fighting charges. Amazon issued a rare scam warning for Amazon Prime members. The City of Annapolis has outlawed plastic bags in most instances, that takes effect in January. And Annapolis is on it's way to banning drive-thrus in the City to make it more pedestrian friendly.
