When nutrients are taken up in the field, they often find their way into the fruits and vegetables that we enjoy. But once we eat them, how can they get back to the fields for future crops? This episode, Rebecca will discuss her work in returning nutrients from human waste back into the soil.

Tune in to learn:

  • How nutrients can be returned back to the soil after human consumption
  • How these systems can be applied at varying levels of scale
  • What obstacles exist to implementing these programs
  • How rethinking our modern techniques can help our planet
