Todd talks about what it takes to do the training to achieve a world record, what it meant to attempt the wworld record and, because he knows, how to achieve a world record!

My favourite quote of this episode is: "My wife and kids were all down there. My parents were down there. Brother and sisters, people turned up from all walks of life really. So I guess it was fun having them along. But I suppose the big one would be my kids coming down, joining in, supporting, getting an idea of how my brain works and just seeing what, what I'm doing down there. So they're 16 and 14 years of age now, so they have an understanding of what's going on quite well. And to see them down there joining in was awesome."

They provide trauma-based therapy pathways, peer support from those who have served, along with a series of wellness programs designed to get first-responder participants (and their loved ones) back in physical, emotional and mental shape.
