What you think upon grows. Whatever you allow to occupy your mind, you magnify in your own life. This is the law of growth and there's no avoiding it. Whatever is the subject of your thought, be it good or bad, the law works and the condition grows. So if we desire to enjoy more of what we love and less of what we don’t, the secret is to stop complaining and start thanking.
