Meet Heidi Walblay, RN, MSN, Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, and founder and owner of the Coastal Vitality Co, an aesthetics and wellness practice offering a wide suite of services. These include rejuvenating treatments like botox and dermal fillers, innovative solutions such as PRP therapy for skin rejuvenation and hair restoration, mens health and wellness including testosterone replacement therapy, IV therapy, medical weight loss, laser hair removal, IPL laser, and Morpheus 8. Ultimately, their passion is to empower their clients to look and feel their best, inside and out.
With an extensive background in healthcare and a true passion for serving others, Heidi is dedicated to helping you discover the transformative power of self-care. Heidi’s journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from VCU, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University. With over ten years of experience as an emergency department and trauma RN, and eight years as a nurse practitioner focusing in hospital medicine and urgent care, Heidi has developed a deep understanding of the complexities of healthcare and medicine. She has ability to practice at the top of her licensure, and has been granted full autonomous practice authority by the state boards of medicine and nursing in Virginia.
In 2020, Heidi embarked on a new path in aesthetics, realizing the importance of self-care and the profound impact it has on ones overall well-being and how we show up in life. Through training with renowned industry leaders such as Dr. Jonathan Sykes, Dr. Arthur Swift, Professor Sebastian Cotafana, Dr. Benji Dhillon, Sachin Shridharani, Erica Barry, Jessica Rhee, Julie Bass Kaplan, Josh Davis, and others, Heidi has honed her skills, safety, and expertise in the field.
Heidi’s ultimate goal is revitalization from the inside out, and she aims to empower you with newfound confidence allowing you to show up in life as your very best version of yourself. Her belief in the principle that you can’t pour from an empty cup drives her dedication to helping individuals prioritize self-care.
In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband Mark, and homeschooling their two boys, Luke and Logan. She finds solace in the great outdoors, whether it be camping, or hiking through scenic landscapes, or indulging in a good book in her back yard. Additionally, Heidi is passionate about her micro farm and takes pleasure in tending to her ever-growing family of chickens, ducks, pigs, and goats.
Above all, being a wife and mother remains Heidi’s greatest joy and priority in life. She understands the importance of balance and strives to help her clients achieve the same fulfillment in their own lives. Heidi wants you to know that you deserve self-care, and she is here to guide you on your journey to revitalization and empowerment.
