In this episode, I open up about my feelings of resentment, anger, and bitterness towards others who complain about their problems. I discuss the shame and secrecy that often surround these emotions and the ongoing nature of living with MS. While I strive to be positive and hopeful, I share my struggles with the darkness and hopelessness that sometimes take over. I emphasize how important it is to feel validated and heard during low moments and remind you to give yourself grace. Remember, your loved ones will be there for you, even in the toughest times.
