When it comes to selling in the fall, we are definitely still in a great real estate market. Everything is on fire and we still have plenty of buyers out there. However, we want your home to be in tip-top shape.
Start out with servicing your HVAC system. It will help your home inspection out a lot. Change the filter – it’s a simple fix. Clean up the lawn as well. Bring a landscaping company out and have them do their thing.
Your house should be clean and uncluttered when you’re showing it to potential buyers. Dirty homes do not show well and leave a bad taste in buyers’ mouths.
