A New Year can often bring with it many changes. Changes in our goals as we seek to adopt New Year's resolutions. Changes in the weather (man has the snow piled up here in Utah!). Perhaps changes in jobs, homes, or even seasons of life. During this time it may be quite normal to want to resist the change, or feel overwhelmed by it, but when we get right down to it we may just be experiencing a little bit of what is referred to as change fatigue. Although change fatigue is often applied to the ongoing changes within an organization, it definitely applies to our personal life too.

In today's episode on Holly's Highlights podcast we'll take a deeper look into the self reflection that change can bring as we provided resources to the questions of "Who am I?", "What's my value/purpose?" and "What's next?"

You'll walk away with a better understanding of the following resources and tools to help you fight change fatigue:

  4. Bucket list
  5. Dreams
  6. Goals
  7. Value/priorities
  8. Personal Mission statement

As Steve Jobs has said, “Your time is limited, so don’t waste it living someone else’s life.” You my friend, are as David writes in Palms 139:14, "fearfully and wonderfully made." Yes, you my friend have value, and in the midst of a lifetime full of change, YOU have purpose!
