Today’s guest is Chang Sup Shin. Chang is the CEO 1004 gourmet, the most renowned asian supermarket in the UAE. He has been an ambassador for asian cuisine and culture, consistently provides his customers with new products from across south east asia including japan, korea, china & thailand. With over 15 years of experience working in the F&B industry he has expanded the business to now also supply ingredients to restaurants and retailers such as carrefour & Zuma.
