Dave discusses what it was like putting the book together from 12 hour interviews with Housewives to getting the usually-secretive producers to open up, how tricky it can be for Housewives who are let go from the franchise and the ripple effect the book has had in the headlines and seemingly on the storylines of RHUGT!
