Courtney is an entrepreneur, podcaster, unfiltered human, and self-proclaimed Ambitious Hippie.

Her and husband Michael launched their first business, a brick-and-mortar insurance agency almost 10 years ago, 2 months after they got married with no money and no clients. That agency went on to be the fastest-growing agency in the state, ranking in the Top 50 of over 20,000 agencies year over. She then went on to start an online fitness business growing it to a multiple 6 figure business in less than 6 months, climbing to the top of a network marketing company,building an SEO business for Insurance Professionals and starting their sales training organization: Weaver Sales Academy to bridge the gap between corporate training and what it takes to be successful as an insurance professional.

In addition to hosting Ambitious Hippies, Courtney and Michael also host the top-rated and fastest-growing podcast for insurance professionals, The Insurance Buzz.

In 2021 after spending years chasing plastic trophies and external validation Courtney and Michael decided to make it a mission to not delay their dream life and start sharing with more high performers the importance of adventure and fun while building their empires.
