This story takes a look at Kota, an excellent house builder. Kota spent 30 years developing his craft and becoming the most sought after house builder in Tokyo. Eventually Kota decided to retire and invest his time with his family and grandkids, however his the firm he worked for had a special project that required his attention.
Kota takes on this task but with out the same passion as when he started. Many of us start out with passion and commitment but life and things change. Explore with Kota and learn the correct mindset to approach every day even if you are no longer where you want to be in life.
