It’s the final Chapter of season 2 of Jugheads! Everything is about to come to a close, and things are heating up for season 3. OK, fine. Maybe Hal(nibal Lecter) really is the Black Hood, but that doesn’t mean that Tom isn’t 100% vindicated by the end of the episode! Also Cheryl is joining a new Cabal that Jughead happens to be in charge of, and Archie wants to prove how tough he is to Hiram.
