In this very first guest program host Kelly Ann Buckley (K-A-B) is thrilled to showcase pieces of work from two very special artists, Dr Mike Edwards of Sound-Matters (an organisation he co-founded with Harry Coade) and also from Alex Braidwood, aka Listening Instruments, aka President of the World Listening Project, among many other credits.
In an age of short attention spans, scrolling, rushing and disposable sound, the Listening Pod aims to celebrate the value of all kinds of sound work and sound art. The works of these guests really does epitomise that goal!
The music which underscores Kelly's introduction is called Beauty of Decay, off her latest album A Sonotapestry of Tales, by K-A-B on all major streaming platforms.
