Then I move on to a very important topic. A term coined by MJ DeMarco... The "me-bias." A toxic mindset that we can all fall into. What does it mean? Do you operate with one? Can you recognize it? Can you tamp it back and instead operate with a contribution mindset? Ironically, you operate with a contribution mindset to a larger personal benefit anyway.
