Be Kind is a phrase we heard so much during the pandemic. Did we become oblivious to it, because it was used so much? Are we thinking of being kind in terms of being polite, or is it in our everyday actions and interactions where kindness exists? Whether your are helping someone pack the groceries in, welcoming new neighbours or simply helping in our day to day living, even small actions can have a large impact. We are all in this world together, and good people screw up from time to time. With a bit of caring, kindness and respect we can all work towards harmony and make the world a better place.
