Metcalf and Darius Slay spoke to Pittsburgh media for the first time Thursday, and Christopher Carter breaks down some of the biggest takeaways. Metcalf talked about his fit with the team, and Christopher sees the biggest aspect of his role as the leader for the receivers, including George Pickens.

Also, Slay goes over his connection with Steelers' defensive coordinator Teryl Austin from his past with the Detroit Lions and how he helped him become a better cornerback. And now, he looks to use those teachings to help the Steelers win games while also being a mentor to help Joey Porter Jr. develop.

Finally, Chris goes over the return for Mason Rudolph and why it's a good thing for the offense whether he ends up having to be QB1 or if he's a backup for Russell Wilson or Aaron Rodgers.
