Today is January 1 -- Can you believe it? That’s why I’ve chosen as my topic this week 7 Secrets for Making New Year’s Resolutions You’ll Actually Stick To.

Whether you call it goal setting or resolution making or vision mapping or just turning over a new leaf, TODAY is a fantastic opportunity to make some changes for the better! What's more, that's true whether you’re listening to this episode on New Year’s day or any other day of the year. There's no time like the present, so stop putting off for tomorrow what you can -- and should -- do right now by prayerfully making changes to the glory of God and the betterment of your own life.
