With little hope of 'making anything of herself' following the academic route, Amie share's how she self taught EVERYTHING she now understands about ADHD during her twenties. After finding love for dance and fitness she recognised that her ADHD was her power and this has ultimately led to her building an incredibly successful business coaching other women with ADHD!
