Hannah recalls her early start this Saturday for the Darkness into Light charity walk in Estepona. The walk starts before the sun rises so that participants experience the sunrise during the walk. It is to raise awareness for mental health and the prevention of suicide, two things that have affected too many people. It was supposed to be PJ and Hannah speaking about the Podcast, but as PJ was still poorly Hannah spoke about her long-standing weekly quiz at The Hogan Stand in San Pedro.
