Sperling, M.D., FACC, FAHA, FACP, MASPC serves as the Chief Medical Officer for the Family Heart Foundation, a non-profit organization focused on timely identification and improved care of people living with familial hypercholesterolemia and elevated Lp(a) through research, advocacy, and education. He is the Founder and was the Director of The Heart Disease Prevention Center at Emory (1997-2019).
