Here at Mosaic in 2025, we want to be a people who embody our values— all under the aim of seeing “one more life” reached and transformed by the gospel. Just as Desmond Doss courageously saved “just one more” soldier, we step forward in faith, believing a long obedience in the same direction can make eternal change. Like climbing Kilimanjaro, our journey requires perseverance, but we are empowered by the Holy Spirit to take each small step. This year, we trust God to work through us as we live on mission, one step and one life at a time.

×As the people of God, we have found ourselves living as exiles in a strange land. A land of death, darkness, and destruction. But Hebrews 11 reminds us that we live today by faith—seeking the City that God has prepared for us—an eternal city, an eternal home found in the presence of God.
Abraham obeyed God’s call to leave his home, trusting in a future inheritance he couldn’t see. Sarah, despite her age, received the power to conceive, considering God faithful to His promise. Their stories remind us that faith is a present action response to God’s calling, supported by community and nourished by past evidence. Even in times of difficulty or waiting, we’re encouraged to cling to our hope in Jesus, knowing that God remains faithful and uses our trials to produce steadfastness and character in us.…
We are counted righteous and commended for belief in Christ alone, but that belief is always revealed in action. The examples of Abel, Enoch, and Noah show us that faith involves trusting in God’s character and promises, even when circumstances seem challenging or illogical. Such faith in God’s goodness and promises provide us the freedom to live in obedience.…
Faith is not just about one’s own strength to cling to Jesus but about trusting in the strength of Jesus to hold believers secure. The author to the Hebrews encourages them and us to cling to Jesus amidst persecution, who will never fail them, rather than relying on their own ability.

The Scriptures provide us the choice between a wide, easy path leading to death and a narrow, difficult path leading to life. In Christ, by the power of the Spirit, we can walk the journey of the well-worn narrow path by engaging in rhythms of intimacy like solitude, prayer, and studying scripture in community to cultivate a deeper relationship with God, leading to the abundant life filled with joy, peace, and purpose.…
As we start the new year, we’re diving into the question: “Who do you want to be?” This two-part series explores how our daily choices shape our identity and how Jesus calls us to the narrow path that leads to life. From Genesis to the Sermon on the Mount, we’ll see how God invites us to walk in the good works He’s prepared for us, living as His beloved workmanship.…
Amid the hustle of the season, Christmas invites us to refocus on the miracle at its heart: God dwelling with us in Jesus. In this message, we look through the lens of Charlie Brown as he discovers the true meaning of Christmas, reminding us that the simplicity of Christ’s birth is the ultimate answer to our deepest longings for hope, peace, and belonging.…
Christmas is a time of longing for connection, yet many of us feel the tension of isolation amidst the season’s joy. In this message, we journey through Scripture and Arthur Christmas to uncover how the Gospel invites us into the ultimate family gathering—where we are fully known, deeply loved, and truly belong in the Father’s family.…
This week’s message explores how Jesus redefines contentment by shifting our focus from unattainable ideals to gratitude for God’s abundant provision. Drawing parallels from “It’s a Wonderful Life” and Paul’s reflections, it challenges us to embrace a Christ-centered perspective that enables true contentment, even amid life’s difficulties, and encourages living with hope and purpose in the present.…
This week’s message, based on Hebrews 6:19 and John 8:12, reminds us that Jesus is the light of the world and our steadfast anchor of hope, offering a firm foundation in a weary and uncertain world. Through the lens of A Christmas Carol, we explore how His transformative hope calls us out of darkness and into the light of life, bringing renewal and joy this Advent season.…
We step into the story of “The Miracle on 34th Street” and consider how our Father has in mind The Best Gift Ever, beyond anything we could ask for or imagine!
As we follow Jesus, we have great hope in our sufferings, knowing that God, our faithful and abiding possession, will keep us faithful to endure even as we waver in faith and joy and that we may receive the promise of what’s to come.
In this passage, the author of Hebrews speaks to two groups of people. First, he soberly warns those who have rejected Christ and His sacrifice completely. He then reminds the followers of Jesus that God is faithful to love, forgive, and sanctify His people. He does this, that both groups would draw near to Jesus, and be sure that Christ’s death was enough to cleanse all sin.…
To conclude all that has been said, the author of Hebrews reminds us that Christ’s return is coming! Therefore, the author calls us to be a people who faithfully draw near to God, hold fast to Jesus, and continuously consider how to provoke one another towards increasing love and good deeds!
