Starting their real estate journey in the early 2000s, they transitioned to larger multifamily investments to help people achieve financial freedom and build legacy wealth. Victoria, a seasoned real estate agent since 2005, is an expert in her field, known for educating new investors and hosting the "Living in Tampa" YouTube channel. She holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Georgia.

Marv, a Navy veteran and former IT sales executive, brings a wealth of experience in building authentic relationships and driving growth. Together, they focus on high-value investments in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, and Texas, while raising their four children and enjoying life in Tampa Bay.
