CORRECTION: At 26:32, the following was said: "And then they just called me. They didn't even put out a job ad because I had already applied a couple of months before." This was incorrect and misremembered. Wiley-VCH did put out a job ad for this position, which was not seen by Lisa because she was approached directly by the company. Lisa clarified this point after the interview had been recorded.
