She emphasizes on why it’s important to be a professional when it comes servicing clients. Angie is a healer through the world of hair. She’s also experienced stigmatism from her hair instructor in hair school who was considered a black professional in the world of hair. .

Angie talks about why she doesn't like to use the natural hair labels such as 4 a,b, or c, which were created by Oprah's stylist as a sales tactic for the products he created.
