The USC Triple-Double Podcast -- the Peristyle Podcast's basketball-focused podcast -- returns with co-hosts Shotgun Spratling and Connor Morrissette (aka Mr. Triple Double) breaking down two weeks of action for the USC men's and women's basketball programs, including a Thanksgiving trip to Palm Springs that went very different for each of the squads.

Also special guest USC men's assistant coach Will Conroy joins the show to chat about returning to Seattle to take on the school where he set the career assists record and coached at for nine years before taking the job with the Trojans this offseason. Conroy talks about coaching under Eric Musselman and why the coaching staff chose to switch things up in practice after suffering back-to-back losses in the Acrisure Series Thanksgiving week. He also gives a scouting report on new USC four-star signee Jerry Easter.

Shotgun and Connor look at where the men and women's programs stand after each picked up its first Big Ten conference win and preview the upcoming week of action at the Galen Center. The Women of Troy take on Elon Sunday as their final tune up before heading across the country to Connecticut to face off against UConn next weekend. A familiar face will be on the opposing bench when the USC men take on Montana State Sunday as former wing Max Agbonkpolo suits up for the Bobcats.
