Chief Green rapidly grew into leadership roles within the department achieving the rank of Lieutenant at 21, Captain at 23, Second Deputy Chief at 25 and now at 37, the First Assistant Chief. He is completing a final inspection at Pierce Manufacturing in Appleton, Wisconsin, with his fellow committee members, on their Velocity® Ascendant® 100’ Heavy-Duty Aerial Tower.
