My intention for every woman in this world is that when you look in the mirror you see a work of art. You see an oil painting; you see Goddess’s creation. You see a walking, talking, breathing, heart beating miracle in front of you, and you know just how powerful you are.

This episode offers practices to help you align with the true power inside you.

We can't give what we don't have. If you're burnt-out or depleted, you're not going to be able to show up in the way you want. This is where self-love comes in.

Self-love enables you to show up as your best self. It's about it's not being selfish. It's about being self-full. Being self-full means being a self-love warrior who is here to serve. Showing up in your highest frequency and inspiring people around you to do the same.

I want you to remember exactly who you are and what you came here for. I want you to know that sisterhood is your birthright. If you don’t have it, you can create it. And if you already have it, you can deepen and expand it. I want to give you the gift of helping you make aligned choices. I want you to feel that you can be completely authentic and aligned. I want you to claim your sacred No and know that it can be really powerful and really loving. I want you to be completely aligned with what is a Fuck Yes for you. I want to remind you that your worth is not attached to anything that can change. Not your job, your relationship status, being a mother, clothes, looks, income. You have always been, and will always be, worthy. When you know you are worthy, you manifest your desires from that place. And magic happens.

You can get lots out of this episode just by listening, but if you want, you can grab a pen and paper take the opportunity to deepen your connection with yourself. As I ask questions, you can pause the podcast and follow the journal prompts. I also share my own answers to each of the questions to give you ideas and suggestions.
