After completing his B.Tech degree from Jabalpur in 2009, he moved to Bangalore and began his career in a tech startup. However, his passion for teaching always lingered. In 2011, He started teaching through online edtech platforms, initially working with US students who had 5-10 years of experience. Over time, he expanded into corporate training, aiming to transform education and methodology. Recognizing that traditional education often left students dependent on coaching classes, Anil's training sessions catered to diverse audiences. His impact was significant, with attendees experiencing salary hikes ranging from 50% to an impressive 400%. Despite the challenges posed by the Covid pandemic, Anil left his position at TCS in June 2020 and went on to work at NetApp in 2021, followed by Capgemini. However, his unwavering commitment to empowering youth through top-notch training led him to resign from Capgemini on January 2, 2023. Anil's mission is clear: to offer world-class training, focusing on real-world scenarios and job interview support, to help aspiring youth achieve a brighter future.
