We're seeing investment properties in Salt Lake City sell at record levels. Cap rates are down to 3.5-4.5%, and in a good market this would be somewhere around 6.5%. As cap rates go down, values go up.
What does this mean for you?
It means that you need to invest in properties right now if you have been thinking of doing so. The market isn't changing, and interest rates aren't going to get any lower.
