Episode 270: "The Mindset for Victory in Life and Career!"

Greetings, Leaders!

Rejoice! Again, I say rejoice! Victory is yours!

Every day we are engaged in a battle with an unseen enemy.

Great leaders understand the nature of the battle and develop a mindset for victory.

The enemy's goal is discouraging us from accomplishing good work in life and career. What does this discouragement look like? Fear, doubt, worry, anxiety, and unbelief.

The enemy says, "If we can keep them in the darkness of these tactics, they will never win."

There is an assurance of victory when we embrace three steps to success; ABC to Victory - attitude, belief, and conviction.

Exercise these attributes.

Attitude is the disposition of the mind that moves us forward in life. We can accomplish unique works if we focus on the vision and providence to see us win!

See everything as providentially controlled. Then, willing to stand firm!

I like this quote on attitude; "We cannot change our past... we cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way.

We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude. I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% of how I react to it. And, so it is with you... we are in charge of our Attitudes."

Belief is the disposition of the heart! "All things are possible if you can believe." were empowering words spoken to a fearful person.

Belief is our willingness to say, "Yes, I believe. Please help my unbelief!" The key is to acknowledge the existence of fear and then take action despite our feelings. Feelings are inaccurate gauges in battle.

Attitude, Belief, and Conviction are what matter.

Conviction is in the soul, awakened to the truth that victory is ours!

Our job is to appropriate it by faith. We ask, seek, and find all our accomplishments in life and career this way. It is said, "Ask, and you will receive. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it opens for you."

My friends, we will face battles on our life and career journey and gain victory every time. The beauty of engaging and winning is that we grow in character and ability to encourage each other and those we providentially encounter on our journey in life and career.

Know that your victories are not just for you but for your loved ones, team, family, colleagues, company, clients, friends, and even the world you will conquer.

You are victorious over fear, doubt, unbelief, anxiety, and worry!
