The 1,000 Assets Report for 2022 is a unique data source generated by analysing information from thousands of property depreciation schedules prepared by MCG Quantality Surveyors since 2016. In these reports, we gain insight to wide range of information about each owner and their property.
We talk through how investment assets are changing, the proposition of Post-purchase renovations, and Townhouses gaining popularity with investors. We also discuss new data that Mike has released - specific to the Brisbane Local Government Area which is super interesting!
