Widowed in a brutal fashion at 35, Jen Zwinck took some unusual steps to start her second chapter - steps that included moving with her two-year-old to a small Caribbean island.

Now Jen has found her "why" through Widow 180 podcast and the Widow Squad- working with other widows to come together, learn new ways to travel the path through grief and uplift each other on the journey to rediscovering a new life after loss.
