Phil Migliarese is the co-owner of Balance Studios MMA & RiZen Metrics both located Philadelphia. Phil is a 6^th Degree Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu under the legendary Relson Gracie.

Phil was born into an entrepreneurial family and has been fascinated with Gracie Jiu Jitsu, Ashtanga yoga & digital marketing since childhood.
