Choosing Happy

In Episode 11 - This week I have been more aware of the mental suffering and struggle that people are going through at this time. Choosing Happy was always planned to help individuals navigate this storm we are living through.

In this episode I do what I can to share a little of what I have done and do to get through the trauma, loss, fear and desperation that is prevalent in our world.

I also give a short introduction to the new community I am devising that is designed to help those who are struggling and those who are isolated. The platform will provide social events, coaching and therapies, training and courses, interviews and entertainment on a mission to make joy and happiness a natural habit.
