Wouter is co-founder and managing partner of FutureXeed, based in his home country, The Netherlands.
Passionate about helping individuals, teams and organizations accelerate their (Agile/SAFe/Digital/DevOps/HR) transformation, Wouter uses practical examples from his work as an independent consultant having helped various global companies in their organization journey.
He brings new insights combining his Agile Certifications, and industrial engineering background, and the deep international HR expertise having held various end-responsible international HR roles at the VP level and as a member of business management teams.
Co-author of the Agile People Manifesto, Wouter is an active member of the Agile People global community, keeping each other up to date on the edge of developments in this field.
