It all started with a tip…we chatted with Adam Gold about the PWHL draft rule he pioneered over a decade ago, which has had a significant impact on the league. We also had a special appearance (mid-sweat at the gym, we might add) from the legendary Jason Limbacher in all his no-sleeves glory.
