The workplace ain't what it used to be. In recent years, there's been a drastic shift in the focus of how companies operate. Less and less is it about employees conforming to the needs of the business, instead companies have to bend to what its workforce demands. Jeremy Bradley talks about his time working as a teenager and in his 20s where he bowed down to employers because he needed the job. Now, as an employer, he feels workers should still be grateful to have the work. That's not to say employees should be treated like slaves but the business should come first -- because at the end of the day, that's the point of the job: getting money in exchange for doing the work.
