Trish is joined by Anna McClellan. Anna is a mama of three to a 5 year old boy, 3 year old girl, and 10 week old boy and a pregnancy and postpartum trainer based in Nashville.
Anna shares her inspiring journey, encompassing her role as a mother of three and her transition from becoming a doula, to combining her passions for fitness and birth to support pregnant and postpartum mamas.
Anna discusses her different birth experiences, including unmedicated births in all different settings: a hospital, birthing center, and a home birth. She shares how these experiences have shaped her approach to fitness and birth preparation for other mothers.
Trish and Anna also touch on the emotional and physical complexities of miscarriage, sharing their miscarriage experiences, while highlighting the importance of community support and open conversations about loss.
