She is especially gifted in helping pets and their people move gracefully through transitions into the family, a new family, or the next life. In her book Peace in passing, Maribeth talks about how to manage or navigate those situations with alternate therapies or help the animal to continue their health. After they pass away, how to connect with them, and how they can show up, even how to pick up the next animal.

There is a way to know what is going on and how the owner could change the situation. She can see through her experience and knowledge that people and animals have been together before. It is not true, that humans are better than animals; both of them, were created from love, and both can recognize each other when they have shared a circumstance. Some animals also desire unconditional love and maybe have not experienced it, like work beasts, or whatever else they have a purpose, but they have not been seen, as full beings in their rights. Through deep communication, we could know what happened in the past, the reason for their behavior, what they are afraid of, or why they just cannot relax.
