The plaintiff says she had a one-night stand with the defendant, who promised he would pay for the hotel room. When they got there, he said he didn’t have any money. On top of that, she alleges he stole $100 out of her bag. She’s suing for what she’s owed. The defendant says he met the plaintiff online and she was the one who reserved the room. He claims he never said he’d cover the room and categorically denies stealing any money.

The plaintiff says his neighbor, the defendant, purposefully parked his truck in a way that blocked the plaintiff from walking to his mailbox. The plaintiff was badly injured from tripping on the back bumper, so he’s suing for the medical bills. The defendant claims he has a Ring camera that showed the plaintiff deliberately throwing himself to the ground in an overly dramatic fashion. The defendant is countersuing for harassment.
