Today we talk about the important aspects of not just making a plan, but what type of plan and strategy do you need and what are the real outcomes, and then how you're measuring those outcomes. It's easy to get caught up in the busyness of just doing stuff and ticking off your to-do list. Most societies in the world foster a culture of hard work where 'being busy' means we must be doing a great job!
If we are busy in the doingness without having that real and conscious thought plan, one that you know why you are doing something, what you are aiming for, how to set milestones for your peace-of-mind and how to measure the impact and effectiveness of your efforts, then you are almost certainly doing yourself and your business a dis-service and pulling out of alignment from your heart's desires, leaving you frustrated, overwhelmed and exhausted!
Your plan can be created in a way that it becomes an inspired road map that lights you up, gets you excited, gives you a certain direction and actually starts to bring positive opportunities your way, there's less hustle and more flow!
