Hello & Welcome to Re~Creation Meditation.

This practice is designed to help you be present with backdraft ~ the experience of emotional, physical & mental overwhelm that can sometimes occur when we begin our journey into our inner world through mindfulness.

A gentle reminder as always, that you are your own expert.

These practices are designed to be a safe space to explore, experience & expand as you meditate ~ so please make sure to follow what feels good, taking mindful care of yourself as you navigate your own personal inner exploration. These offerings are invitations to take what works & leave the rest, being kind as you meet yourself where you are today. If you find yourself at a growth edge, I encourage you to explore... but if it doesn't feel safe or generative for you today, know that you can always return here another time.
