There’s an old saying that Summer is a time for investors to lay low. Families are on vacation, kids are playing little league baseball, and it's typically considered a time to get away from the office for some R&R.

However this year (2023) seems to be different. The S&P is up, and folks are still buying, trading, and selling stocks as much as they would the rest of the year.
