In this episode, we explore the power of making that one decision that can your change your life forever.

As a health coach, one of the things I have uncovered is that many clients love to hide behind their issues, their ailments, their weight to protect themselves. We all hide in different ways, and it’s amazing that our body weight can often stop us from reaching our full potential. Weight loss is not a physical challenge, it’s a mental one.

Things start happening once we release the weight, or we let go of the identity of our ailment, other areas in our life start to open. Once we make the decision to drop the weight, it allows us to step into our future and WHAM…the flood gates start to open.

Our friends Alan and Angie Thomas join the podcast and share their personal stories and unique approach to weight loss. They do not tell clients what to eat or how to exercise. It does not involve any medication as they are not nutritionists or medical professionals, but they’ve found a formula for quickly shedding pounds permanently. Alan and Angie and their clients have had miraculous results.
